Subway "Eat Fresh?"
While driving back from finishing my lasst merit badge in Boy Scouts, my Dad suggested the idea of going to Subway for dinner. I ordered a foot long Italian bread sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich with lettuce, American cheese and sweet onion sauce. The sweet sour combination tastes with the tender chicken over crisp lettuce was mind-boggling. In combination with the mild American cheese and the bag of Miss Vicky's jalapeno chips the taste was absolutely appetizing. It was good service, very fast. I would rate it a five out of five chili peppers as that is my New Mexico rating system, for quality; not spiciness.

Life Support: The Ultimate Lecturing Machine
Your food that you might be eating at your computer right now. Or did you eat it before? Or after? Do you know where it came from? Make a guess. Still thinking? I'll tell you. Your parent's paycheck. The average cost of raising a child to the age of 18 is about $100,000. Now, should you consider that amount a gift? Or a loan? Pretty scary, huh? Even if you are out of your house, on your own reading this, guess who got you out of your house? You guessed it right, your parents.
Did you do your homework? Fine by me, but what will your parents say? Lecture after lecture after lecture. It makes you want to scream at them, but what would you do without them? Not the lectures, but I'm talking about your parents. Would there be no future for you? Would you just wither away and die? I think not because you had to have parents to get a house, car, scholarship, and computer. Now do you want to scream at them? The choice is yours.
School on a Silver Platter
Every teacher (I hope) tries to do their best at teaching. Why, my Social Studies teacher is so organized, I am very suprised my grade is low in her class. She has extra papers galore! Only with a ten cent fee, of course. Don't even get me started on my Language Arts teacher. She constantly hands out colored papers and expects the class to keep them until we're fifty-nine and a half years old or dead! I'm even writing this blog on her terms. Do you think she's watching? I bet that's gonna give you good thoughts for the rest of the week. Anyways the next time you go to school, even though you might think they're annoying, know that your teachers are the ones that get you where you want to be in life.
